Refund Policy

At Branch Brand, we value our community and stand behind the content and services we offer. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights when it comes to requesting refunds.

 

 

Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, and Tools):

 

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience any issues with your purchase (e.g. file corruption, access problems), contact us at [your email] and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.

 

 

Online Services & Coaching Sessions:

 

Refunds for coaching sessions, digital strategy services, or consultations are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 3 business days of the session date. Missed or no-show appointments are non-refundable, but we’re happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

 

Merchandise (Apparel, Printed Products):

 

Merch purchases are fulfilled through a third-party print provider. We accept refund or replacement requests for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

 

 

To request a refund or support:

 

Email us at [insert your support email] with your order number, issue description, and any relevant attachments (screenshots, photos, etc.). We respond within 48 hours.

 

 

Branch Brand reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these guidelines.
