I was just scrolling.
Another regular morning. Coffee in hand. Checking my notifications, replying to a few comments and emails.
Then I saw a post from someone I know — and it stopped me cold.
“Lock me up family I’m probably better off…”
Not a lyric. Not a joke. Just raw pain on the timeline.
In that moment, I realized something I think we all forget too often:
People are bleeding in public, and nobody’s stopping to bandage the wounds.
They just, 'Scroll'...
So, I stopped. I hit him directly.
No judgement. No preaching. Just reaching out with brotherhood.
“Fam you good? If you ever need someone to just hear you out, I got you.”
That’s it.
Because sometimes you don’t need a solution — you just need someone who won’t walk past your brokenness like it's just background noise.
⸻
🤝 This morning’s message is simple:
Check on your people.
Not because it’s trending.
Not because it’s Mental Health Awareness Month.
Because they matter — and they might not even believe that right now.
A "yo, you good?” could be the anchor that keeps somebody around.
You don’t have to be a therapist, just be real. Be human.
⸻
If you’re reading this and you’re the one hurting — Don’t stay silent.
DM me. Email me. Walk into the light just enough for someone to reach back.
You’re not alone, even if it feels like it.
Stay grounded. Stay guided, and most importantly… stay alive. 🙏🏾
